Patient booking data: When patients book through your ProDerm website, we collect their name, contact details, and appointment preferences on your behalf.

Usage data: We collect basic analytics (pages visited, feature usage) to improve the platform. We do not use third-party tracking scripts.

• To process appointment bookings and send confirmations
• To send you service-related emails (account verification, booking notifications)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

• Cloudflare: Website hosting and content delivery
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• Google Cloud: Server infrastructure

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
