Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ProDerm ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ProDerm provides professional website hosting, AI-assisted content editing, appointment booking, and related tools for licensed dermatology professionals. Websites are hosted on subdomains of proderm.app or custom domains you provide.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for licensed medical professionals. By signing up, you represent that you hold valid medical credentials in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify credentials and suspend accounts that cannot be verified.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all content published through your account, including profile information, service listings, and case study images.

5. Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, case studies). By uploading content, you grant ProDerm a license to host and display it as part of your website. You must have the right to use any content you upload, including patient consent for before/after images.

You must not publish content that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates applicable medical advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Free Trial

New accounts include a free trial period. Your website goes live during the trial. No payment information is required to start. We will contact you before the trial ends regarding continued service.

7. Payment

After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires payment at the then-current rate. Invoices are issued before the billing period begins. Failure to pay may result in your website being taken offline after a reasonable grace period.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@proderm.app. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline. We will retain your data for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it will be deleted.

9. Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, including missed appointment bookings.

10. Limitation of Liability

ProDerm is a website hosting and practice tool provider. We are not responsible for the medical advice, treatments, or services you provide to your patients. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
